I’d been eying this green rutilated laser quartz for a while and finally, there were two that were similar enough that they came home with me. I couldn’t help myself when i read the description of its metaphysical properties which, in part, encourage “awareness of the Earth as paradise.”
Anyway – with that, everything turned green and copper – two shades of green recycled suede and the aforementioned green quartz, which i wrapped in copper and paired with copper freshwater pearls.
These earrings are on the shorter side (for me, anyway), measuring about 3.5″ in length. They come standard with 1″ Argentium silver hoops (Argentium has a bit more silver content than sterling, and so tarnishes less). I also offer a 14k gold-filled option for those with silver sensitivities. I use a very simple hoop design derived from a pair of “primitive” earrings I was once gifted – it clasps easily and securely through both standard and stretched piercings.
