These kyanite earrings feature luminous raw chunks of “indigo” kyanite wrapped in copper, clear quartz and luxurious, dark chocolate brown recycled suede feathers. The suede came from a long leather skirt, and is the perfect texture. My scissors love it, and after a few wears it really takes on a nice character.
I have ONE set of matching stones left, and I don’t have an ethical source for more at the moment, so this is the last pair!
These earrings measure approximately 4.5″ in length but aren’t heavy at all, and come standard with 1″ Argentium silver hoops (Argentium has a bit more silver content than sterling, and so tarnishes less). I also offer a 14k gold-filled option for those with silver sensitivities.
It takes me quite a while to find chunks of rock similar enough to make a pair of these, but it can be done. They may differ ever so slightly from these pictured, as no two natural rocks are the same.
