Evie’s Dream Scarf – i knit this for a friend in San Luis Obispo using a lace stitch pattern from a dictionary, with a simple garter stitch border. Mine was done in Manos Silk Blend and US11 needles. That was lovely yarn for this and one skein gave me a four foot scarf after blocking. This pattern is written instructions only, no chart. The pattern is now available on my website instead of Ravelry.
Cables’N’Lace – a lot of people have made their first cable and lace forays with this sweet little square. A combination of easy lace and a simple, single-direction cable stitch, it looks far more complicated than it actually is. These instructions are written only, no chart.
Hip To Be Square – this square, which knits into a nice washcloth/dishcloth, is an easy beginner pattern comprised of a blend of square stitches. It’s been used quite frequently as a blanket square as well. This pattern now resides on my blog instead of Ravelry downloads. The link here will take you to it!
